Patricia F. Roldan, Aud, CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Our chief audiologist, Patricia F. Roldan, Aud., CCC-A, Doctor of Audiology, is a Rio Grande Valley native and graduate of Rio Hondo High School. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degree studies in Audiology at the University of Texas in Austin, and earned her Doctor of Audiology at A.T. Still University. Dr. Roldan is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience as an Audiologist and in helping people in Texas and the Rio Grande Valley to hear better.
Daisy
Audiology Assistant
Daisy, Audiology Assistant, is a highly trained professional who works closely with the staff audiologists to provide hearing health services and direct care to patients. She performs various duties such as taking patient histories, performing diagnostic tests on hearing aid instruments, and providing general counseling to patients regarding hearing health issues. Daisy also assists patients with hearing aid fittings, hearing aid cleanings, and hearing aid repairs, as well as general follow-up care. She is a customer service expert who will ensure that your experience at A+ Audiology is enjoyable, informative, and leads to the greatest possible hearing health outcome.
Alma
Medical Billing Specialist
Alma, Medical Billing Specialist, is our in-house expert on insurance and billing. Often times, even if your health insurance or Medicare insurance plan may not cover hearing aids, patients may be eligible for assistance through other programs, such as, Medicaid insurances, the Texas Workforce Commission/the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Veterans Administration (VA) services, private insurance benefits, third-party insurers, as well as Care Credit options for eligible patients. Alma can assist patients in applying for Care Credit and in receiving immediate answers regarding their eligibility.

Receptionist
Ruby, Receptionist, serves as your first point-of-contact at the front desk and schedules all appointments when you call. She will likely be the first person you see when you arrive for your appointment, and will be able to answer many of your initial questions. She will guide you through your office visit and assist you in filling out initial intake forms in preparation for your appointment.
