Medical Billing Specialist
Alma, Medical Billing Specialist, is our in-house expert on insurance and billing. Often times, even if your health insurance or Medicare insurance plan may not cover hearing aids, patients may be eligible for assistance through other programs, such as, Medicaid insurances, the Texas Workforce Commission/the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Veterans Administration (VA) services, private insurance benefits, third-party insurers, as well as Care Credit options for eligible patients. Alma can assist patients in applying for Care Credit and in receiving immediate answers regarding their eligibility.
Ruby, Receptionist, serves as your first point-of-contact at the front desk and schedules all appointments when you call. She will likely be the first person you see when you arrive for your appointment, and will be able to answer many of your initial questions.
